Hello,

Yesterday I have paid for Locus Pro but I have not got any download information.

How or where can I get/download Locus Pro?

Hello Gunther

if you bought it inside Google Playstore,

open playstore on your device

- click topleft on "3 horizontal line button"

- Konto

- Bestellverlauf

and you will see "Locus PRO" if all worked fine ;-)


if so, install Locus Pro on your device

Für Android 5.0 habe ich Locus Pro gekauft und wollte es auch am älteren Gerät Android 2.3.6 die pro Version nutzen. Aber ich schaffe nur eine kostenlose Version zu installieren, Pro Version geht aber nicht. Bzw. wird nach insert Code (Voucher code) gefragt wird. Wo finde ich sterbe Im Play Store ist auch nichts zu finden, nur dass die gekaufte Pro Version nicht mit dem älteren Gerät kopmartiebel ist.

Hallo Wolfgang, Grade von dieser Seite habe ich die freie Version installiert, aber die Pro Version lässt sich nicht installieren, da die insert Code fehlt. Wo finde ich sie und ob es überhaupt geht? Danke im voraus.

Bist Du mit diesem Gerät auch beim selben Google Account angemeldet mit welchem Du die PRO Version gekauft hast?

Hallo Victoria,

ich denke in diesem Fall hilft nur, dass Du das Problem auf englisch in einem extra Problembeitrag beschreibst, dann meldet sich auf jeden Fall menion, als Chefentwickler kann er Dir dann bestimmt sagen wie Du weiter vorgehen sollst.

Hello Victoria.


I've just checked your order, everything is okay. Unfortunately, Locus app doesn't support devices 2.3 and older.

Where did you installed Free version of Locus app to your older device? Because new Free version also doesn't support Android 2.3.

 my old device has Android 2.3.6. 

Maybe that is why I can only free version on the old device to install?

Hello Hana,

as I understand Victoria right, she downloaded the correspondig Locus Pro Version for Android 2.3.6 from this side. But she did not manage to get this Pro Version working because the version is asking for an insert code at start.

Hello everyone, I have it worked!


I'm almost out of the house! I have reset the old device to the factory settings. Everything newly furnished. The surface of Play Store looked quite different and ... it worked. Thank you all. Am happy.
