In Offline map for Belgium (Band Grune) tracks in different colors are visible. How to get info.

In this offline map there are around the town's Bande and Grune several tracks visible in different colors. These tracks have little squares inside them but I can't seem to select them to get info - track length bought differences- about these tracks. How do I get this info, or is there a way to remove these colored lines. I'm using Android 8 on a Nexus 6P and using a Lomap

the red and green lines are marked hiking trails. You can hide them using theme manager. Please tap on blue left action panel - as shown at

Map Themes > Hike & Bike > and disable the Hiking trails
