Data on SD card, problems after reboot

Hello,
In order to save space, I followed this article :

More precisely the part called "Locus in internal and some data in external storage - Recommended"
It works well. But whenever I restart my phone, the directories are not valid anymore. I have to set them up again.

unfortunately I won't have a good news for You here.
Same error was already reported few times and till now, I was not able to find out, why this rare problem happen on some devices. So I'm sorry, I do not have simple solution for you now.
