Hello,

I have some Problems ...

Samsung S7, Android 7.0, Locus Version 3.29.1

1. Opening Locus there is displayed (see Picture 1)

2. Opening Locus there is a problem with the working directory (see Picture 2)

3. In the year 2015 I had the symbol (see Picture 3) ... now I can't find it. What does it mean?

4. In the version of 2015 I used the direction arrow (see see Picture 4). Actually I can't found this.

It may be that I have forgotten it through prolonged non-use.

I would be glad about a timely answer.

Best Regards

Bernd Hagen

Hello Bernd,

#1, do a long click to one of these buttons and select another wanted option

#2, select /sdcard/locus and confirm, next restart locus

#3, menu/Einstellungen/Karten/Bedienleisten&Knöpfe/Linke Aktivitätenleiste > select wanted and confirm

#4, menu/Einstellungen/Karten//Kartenobjekte/Bewegungsrichtung and/or Blickrichtung

Hi Bernd,

1) issue can't be simulated - probably some problem during installation - try to reinstall

2) try to use a different working directory. We recommend to install in the inner memory and use some data on the external SD card. more information: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=de:manual:faq:use_sdcard_on_kitkat#locus_im_internen_speicher_und_einige_daten_auf_der_sd-karte_-_empfohlen

3) this symbol was used for map themes. Now you can find map themes in the left content panel, see http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=de:manual:user_guide:mainscr_lpanel

4) the arrows are probably heading line or course bearing line. It can be activated in Locus settings >Maps > Map objects
