route planner change unit of area

In the new version of route planner with option to measure the area, I am not able to change the unit. It always shows ha, and that is not suitable for small areas, like house or garden. In former version, I could click through several units.
Is it possible, to measure the area of a saved track? Or show the area in statistics?

Hello, dear friends ! In new version route planner shows square in ha on the bottom part of screen. How i can change this field to km ? I not need square info i need info about lenght of track...thank you
