Unable to download tiles

Dear Andrew,

I'm sorry for troubles but the data are downloaded directly from public USGS map server. It seems that there is issue with specific tile on their server. I can only suggest to really try to download map again. Please let me know about progress.

I check the area of your map again and seems that the zoom-level=16 isn't available at all (at least in CO). I'll try to find out if it's some temporary issue or some new limitation.

The map service doesn't response for detailed zoom levels. For this reason I contacted the USGS to get more info about state of the map services.

there is official response from USGS:

Current ImageryTopo zoom levels are set to 1-16. We will be releasing FY18 ImageryTopo hopefully next week which will be 1-17.

Please try to download the same map next week but set the maximal zoom-level=17
