How do I move the purchased program from account evgeniy28121957@mail.ru to account evgeniy28121957@gmail.com?

Why can not you register, activate the program with a license key in any account, as is done in other navigation programs Sygic, Navitel!? Give me the license key to my program.

You should ask google for migrating all your licenses because only google could verify your person. Locus doesn't have any private information about you to verify, they just get some money from google and don't know anything about the customer.

And as the hacker it would be easy to tell anybody to move licences from evgeniy28121957@mail.ru to any other free evgeniy28121957 mail adress. Please don't ask the app developers for licence move because no app developer should do this if they don't get any private data from google about your person to verify.


Keep in mind, you didn't pay locus, you paid google and google paid some of your money to locus without giving them any information about you. Only google know who did realy pay for locus and only google should be able to move licenses.

You need to login with your new Google account to geht access to the contact form.

Ask for account transfer based on personal verification because you don't have any access to the hacked mail account. And don't stop asking google because they don't want to take responsebility of an store owner. Google doesn't care about there customers and don't want to do anything for there store provision fees. It will maybe take some weeks and would take several requests to Google but this is the only correct way to do this. Stop asking any APP developers for Google store support.

Locus could only give free Pro licenses to people, license move like you request is not possible for any app developer because google did sell the license, not the app developer. Even if it would be possible, locus wouldn't even able to verify you because you didn't pay anything to locus. You did pay to google, only google could verify your person. And by the way, for my opinion, locus shouldn't spend any time with issues of the store owner google. Just keep in mind, that your request will waste donations from other peoples who would rather see that any donation goes to bug support and development and not to google store support.

Locus Pro app is paid application. Sygic and Navital are for free with possibility of subscription. That is an another system.

Really, we are not able to transfer your purchased license. Google Play doesn't allow us to move users licenses.
