I want to make minor changes in the LoMap for Sweden. Mostly add paths in the forest. How do I do that?

Directly through Locus it is not possible.
He would have to fix or add the source maps.
Someone who works more in OSM, more will answer you.

thank you for the question. LoMaps are generated from OpenStreetMap (OSM) data. OSM it's community collaborative project, where everybody can contribute - something like wikipedia for maps. How to map, add elements and basic principles:

Basically you can start with Locus - it can record tracks/points and export it directly in your OSM profile - http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:export#supported_online_services
