Cannot download offline italy north lomap

Solved

I have purchased Slovenia and Italy-north LoMap. I could download Slovenia but Italy download stops with "process unsuccessful". I have enough space on my phone. Thanks for your help

Dear Zoltan,

I'm sorry for troubles. There was problem with Italy North map when the free space was not checked properly - it's fixed now. However it doesn't solve your problem. Are you sure that there is enough free space on your device, please? It's needed about 1.8 GB.

thanks for your quick reply. It is written at Locus Store that Italy-north map size is about 750 MB, not 1.8 GB. If it is really 1.8 GB then I do not have such a large free space. Is there any other solution for downloading the map?

Hi,

I'm sorry as I mentioned there was problem when the size of map wasn't shown correctly. It should be fixed now. Please open store > navigate to the Italy North and tap on question mark on the row with map size. Basically map has size about 1.1 GB but additional 0.7 GB is needed for downloading (Map is downloaded as zip file and after that is unzipped and it has 1.1GB ). Well does have your device SDcard?
