"Selected path is not allowed"

Hi there.
I was trying to import an img external map, but when loading it from mapsvector folder, I get the error message "Selected path is not allowed". What does this mean?
It's the first time I try to import an img map, so I don't know if this is fully supported in Locus.

IMG maps are not fully supported, especially not encrypted maps. But try to load it from a different folder

Yes I was reading that img are somewhat problematic.
I was able to load it from another folder. Thank you!

I am having this same problem trying to load a KML file.
I put the KML in:
EMULATED.0.LOCUS.MAPS
EMULATED.0.LOCUS.MAPITMES
Each time I try I get "Selected path is not allowed."
Any help is appreciated.
