App and maps reinstall

So I'm about to update my Android version (custom ROM install with root) which means, I have to completely wipe the internal storage. So, will I have any issues while reinstalling everything back? This means to reinstall the app from Play store, restore the settings from backup and most importantly, can I normally restore all my maps from backup (I have backup of "maps" & "maps Vector" folders) without the need for purchasing them again? Anything special I have to watch out for?
