Running great, but (not to spoil your weekend):
No succes in getting the right side panel.Did it by hand.
Tried restore settings and restore backup. Did also not work and after the wanted restart, I got this white version nr start screen with the begin button (no need for that) after which Locus started normally.
In config/ I had the basic action_panels.lb of 200 kb; apparently created by Locus after the first start of 2.10.0 . One time in all my trying I saw (I think) action_settings.lb, not sure though.
No problems left for me.

hmm weird. I also renamed file for storing configuration so it`s generated manually after update again, but seems it do not help. Anyway because settings a panel it`s quite fast, I`m sure it`s not a big deal ...
