Import from backup when new data already exists?

HI there,
is there a way to import waypoints and tracks from a backup ?
I changed my android phone and have the backups stored in google drive.
Problem is that when I just recover the backup it will delete the points I stored in the meantime.
Is there a way to kind of merge both of them ?

- export your points you have stored in the meantime
- restore your backup
- import your exported points, if some points are twice you´ll be ask what you want to do
