UI list display problem

this is a minor problem and wont affect the functionality.

i found that some of the lists rendered with an incorrect background colour when you press on it and scroll, such as:

preference>map - advanced>vector maps>theme of the maps dialogue

map manager>wms tab>choose which layers to display on the map [landscape screen]

i have just found these two, i don`t know if there is other display problems.
