Always display Prev/Next trackpoint buttons in the editor

The Prev/Next trackpoint buttons (shown below) in the track editor are not initially displayed. I don't know whether this is by design but it seems confusing to me. You have to tap on a different trackpoint and then the buttons are revealed. I think they should always be displayed.
