what exactly do you need wakelock for? Locus offers settings to keep display on (settings > Control > Display > Always screen on). If your Locus track recording is stopped when Locus is running on background, exclude it from battery optimization (see https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:gps_lost_fix_android6 or https://dontkillmyapp.com/
