Dear Chris,

Please open Menu > Store > tap on account panel (right top icon) - see: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:locus_store:locoins#locoin_credit

Hi, is there a limit to the time locoins are valid? Mine were bought a while ago and now seem to have disappeared. I cannot check properly as when I click history only the items bought the last few months are visible. Where can I find the history beyond those?

The history of LoCoin purchases is shown in Locus Store > right account panel > my history > LoCoins incomes

Hi,


I get no answer to my above question, so I ll repeat: My LoCoins history and credit have both disappeared (safe from the last three free downloads). What could have happened and what can I do to have this restored?


I don't object to buying extra credit for your maps are great and locus itself splendid, but the disappearance seems strange. What can I do?

Issue resolved, it turned out i logged in with a different account. This crossed my mind but was rejected because i thought would not be possible as I was logged in to proversion which I thought would only be possible with the right account but this is not the case as googleplaystore handles this...
