JPG file not displayed as a offline-map

Solved

Hello,

I have copied a jpg-file (hardcopy, see attach) to the standard-directory /storage/emulated/0/locus/mapsVector on my handy.

But in the menu maps - offline it was not displayed and so I can't calibrate it.

Locus Map was new started.

Is a another format necessary?

Hello Ludwig

copy your map picture somewhere on your device, but not to locus folder.

next follow the manual instruction

https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:maps_tools:calibrator&s[]=calibrate&s[]=map

BTW, this option is a PRO feature

I've unterstand this.

But now I have a new problem:

When I select a photo with calibrate tool, it comes the message "Locus Map stopped".

I've installed the PRO-Version. What can I do?

not great, 388 KB, is attached.

I've tested with other photos from hardcoy-program, also from handy-camera.

Always the same.

Good day Ludwig,

firstly thanks balloni55 for the help!

I received your log, thanks. I'm almost sure that this problem is already fixed in the latest Beta version. We plan to publish new version most probably this week, so please let me know later after update to Locus Map 3.37, it should work.
