Samsung galaxy note 8 and Lock Screen

When using any of the lock screen options my phone locks itself instantly for all apps apart from Locus. Locus works fine throughout. If I disable the Administration Setting for Locus, it is Locus works fine and doesn't lock my screen, so I but nags me constantly to enable the Administrator setting. Is there a way of stopping this nagging or making Locus not always lock everything?

Hi Jon,

Locus needs administration rights for display on/off control. Go to Locus settings > Controlling > Display > Screen on/off control and disable it.

But with administrative locks disabled for it in Android it still turns the screen on for points perfectly. I just want it to stop nagging me to grant administrative rights to it. I I can't stand how it locks my phone all the time even though it shouldn't as I have a Bluetooth speedo paired with my phone to stop the phone locking. Great app though

Hi Jon,

if you need the Screen on/off control working, Locus Map needs administration rights for it. If the interval of screen being ON is too short then make it longer in Locus settings > Controlling > Display > Screen on/off control > Auto-screen turn-off.

You can also undo all screen locks in Locus settings > Controlling > Display > Disable screen lock > All screen locks.
