Ship the swedish translations with the app, because they are ready

I sent a message to the owner (Asamm Software, s. r. o. (menion)" of the translation project over at CrowdIn 2 weeks ago regarding the state of the Swedish translations and haven't received a response yet.
In short, the Swedish translations are as good as they can get without actually seeing them "in-app", and I consider them now to be ready to be included in Locus Map from now on.

thank you for your contribution and reporting. Swedish has been added to Locus - it will come into effect in the next version coming at the end of April.
