Licensing problem after complete device reset

Solved

Hi Menion,

after I reset my Archos 101 g9 complete and reinstalled a fresh android, my locuse pro license is no longer accepted.

Locus states that the app is not licensed.

Also the play store shows a price instead of "bought". Maybe there is a strange problem with the play store.

I already tried to delete the play stores cache and app data, but this did not help.

This is somewhat urgent, since I go out for my annual holidays next tuesday and I want to use locus for hiking.

Kind regards,

Stephan

Hi Guys,

now I found the solution after googling a bit.

I did not realize, that I accidently choose the wrong google account (which I used earlier with another email address).

After removing the wrong account and adding the correct account now everything works again.

So in short, forget my previous call.

I read about your problem but didn`t dare to ask whether you used the right account.

Well, if would have done, I would have complained "no". I have an old google account with a different email address, but the same password. So I could log into the play store, download and install apps. But in the end the device behaved very strange. It took a while until I have recognized that wrong email address.

So thanks guys for your wishes :)

Anyway, maybe this thread helps others with that golden hint you sometimes need...
