I have selected a WOLRD(!) map - and I`m out of view??!

thanks, finally fixed.
thanks to this, I found that this problem was much bigger. In locus was issue with obtain bounding box at very low (0 - 4) zoom levels, when you saw from -180 to +180 of longitude. So solving this, fixed also some problems with map downloading etc ..
