Purchased route doesn't appear on my locus maps pro -

I purchased the Via Francigena Complete route in the Locus Store. It now has a green tick. But I can't see it in the app in my phone. How can I use my route?

Hi,

the downloaded the Via Francigena route should be available as MapItem. Please open Menu - More - Map items and check if you can see the Via Francigena folder.
