Cannot download IGN France map

I try to download a part of Corsica. The map file is created (without progress message or similar triggered) but file size stays at 24 kB.
Observations /remarks:
- 4G+ connection
- Folder: [SD-Card]/Android/...
- Size: Should be arround 350 MB
- Storage space: ~ 40 GB SD-Card / ~ 30 GB internal
- The preview map for drawing the reactangle is white/empty.
- No error messages
- Android 9

I'm sorry for troubles. There's really problem with this map. Today will be released new fix version of Locus Map. Please check for update, let's say in next 4 hours.
