there are several options how to plan your routes on a notebook:
- use any available route planning service on the internet (brouter.de, bikemap.net, komoot.de...) and export the route to Locus
- install an Android emulator on the notebook and Locus Map on it. Here are a few tips: https://www.locusmap.eu/how-to-use-locus-map-on-a-pc/
