Finnish kapsi.fi mapas out of date

Maps are not the latest in some areas in Finland where I live. I wonder if Locus does not have the latest address for kapsi maps?
Note: FTP- ja Rsync-adress are changed, New adress is "tiedostot.kartat.kapsi.fi". Please check that Locus has this address for kapsi maps.

Locus uses direct access to Kapsi.fi map service http://kartat.kapsi.fi/leaflet.html (we don't copy data from FTP). Would you please compare problematic area with mentioned service http://kartat.kapsi.fi/leaflet.html

In older Locus version it was possible to edit providers.xml file to add other map providers.I cannot find providers.xml in the latest Locus version. What are the options to add other providers?
