Graphhopper re-install problem

got a new phone and had to re-install graphhopper. I got the apk from here https://graphhopper.develar.org/ but none of the data files download. It appears to be a server side issue. I tried different browsers and wifi networks...it just says connecting. Is there another url to download this data to get graphhopper working within locus again?
