Export to Runalyze - login failure

LocusUser shared this problem 4 years ago
Solved

When I enter the login credentials for a track export to Runalyze the browser screen closes but LocusMap reports Login failed. The credentials are correct. Any way to analyse where the root of the problem is?

LocusMap 3.42 on MIUI 11.

Hello,

I see there is more options on how to login to this service. Are you using basic email & password or any Facebook or Google login system? It is possible that the second method won't work correctly, so if possible, use the name & password method.

It's the direct Username/Password login to Runalyze (not Facebook/Google) that's not working. Any way to create a LocusMap protocol to see where the problem is?

Hello, hmm interesting, here should not be any problem. Which web browser do you have installed on your device? If only default pre-installed, may you please try to install Chrome from Google Play? It may make a difference. Thanks

Hello,

hmm so it seems to be a problem related to the browser provided natively by Xiaomi. Hard to say if I may improve something in Locus Map itself to make it work. Because your bug report is the first one with this problem, I'll let if for now as is (so with correctly working Chrome support). If there will be more reports about the same issue with Xiaomi devices, we will try to do dig a little deeper.

Thanks for understanding.
