On locus pro :
1/ Can I navigate offline ? Navigate menu doesn`t work (need connexion)
2/ Can I use search functions offline ? Search doen`t return any results ...

unfortunately both of these features currently have no offline solution. There are long-therm plans, but it will not be completed this year for sure.
