Just connect your phone to your PC (via USB or Wifi) and you have everything on your big screen

theres lot of way to mirror android screen, anydesk, windows 10 mirror screen, even using an android emulator like bluestacks.
when there is a syncable version, which is being worked on, bluestacks emulator might be best option, as can then be synced back to android device. Im guessing web version huge amount of work.

Using a phone emulator is completely crap in my opinion.
It is definitely not a consistent solution.
I would need a route planner that leverages the power of a web application and that can ease the process of transferring route/tracks from/to my phone.
It is the only thing that keeps me using other apps.

This free program allows you among many others to display OAM/Locus-maps (.map) and display and edit gpx/kml/kmz .... -pois.
Too bad, it seems unable to import LOCUS- and OpenAndro-POIs.

I use Geo Tracker on Samsung to log tracks, edit the tracks in Viking and load in to GPS Viewer as the poor man's navigator. I mount my mobile phone on my handle bars and the little blue dot tells me whether I am on the route or not. I mainly want to use Locus Pro for route planning and navigation but it is too hard for this purpose. Route planning needs a BIG screen so I'll probably stop using Google Maps when Locus Map is also available in a web browser.

Hedley have you tried http://brouter.de/brouter-web/ for route planning? The web functionality is being incorporated into upcoming version Locus4.

Ah thanks fresichneider, you are of course correct. Task is already done and currently it is most actively developed part of Locus Map 4. With support for points/geocaches in recent weeks, support for multiple tracks visible at once and more come later.
