Broken sqlite erases itself every time I view a particular point on map:(

I downloaded maps of Japan for offline use on my visit there. The download crashed couple of times.

When I see a Zoom 12 level of one particular point (N40° 16.314 E140° 33.918, Odate, Akita Prefecture, Japan) the map disappears and erases itself. Also when I try to update the map by downloading this area it shouts an error and erases itself.

Can`t you help me to fix it or fix the map? I am departing to Japan at friday morning and I wanted to rely on the offline map there. I did a backup of maps but every backup I have behaves the same: it erases itself by showing that point above (and other problematic points might be there which I am just not aware of).
