Hello

Maybe I'm just too dumb to get, but if I have a with LocusMap recorded track on my map and hit on any part of the track, I get a small info box with an "right arrow".

on tapping that "right arrow" and "Trackpoint XXX" the data of said trackpoint is displayed.

But how can I now diplay the previous/next trackpoint?

Thank You

Hi,

in a normal view of the main map screen, there is no button to move among trackpoints. So you just tap the track on the spot you need. In the track editor, where accurate actions are required, there is a trackpoints switch that moves you from one trackpoint to another (more at https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:user_guide:tracks:editing#track_repairs).

Hi

Thank you, but I'm aware of the track editor but this is not what I'm looking for. I want to determine the specific Trackpoint on a track near a certain location. Moving along the track with next/previous would be exactly what I'm looking for as I'm interested in the trackpoints data (created, altitude, location, ...) which are not available while editing or is quite cumbersome.

And if I do not pay attention I might modify my track which is not what I want.

As there is no next/previous option while displaying the details of a track point, i'll add this as an "Idea"
