Allow user to change display units during dashboard configuration

Is the ability for a user to change the units (miles/hour vs knots, etc) on the horizon for a future update? I plan on doing multiple sport tracking on the app, but find it cumbersome to have to go into the settings to change the unit settings for each different sport (running: miles/hr, sailing: knots).
