Hello Dong,

I've just tested the latest public Locus Map (4) version and all seems to work correctly. May you please verify that you have the latest version from Google Play and that you can browse in the OneDrive disk? Thank you,

Menion

Hello Menion

Thank you for quick response

I am currently subscribed to LM4 (4.0.0) version Gold.

OneDrive can read, but cannot create or write folders or files.

Please note below is the link to the executed video

Have a nice day

Hello Dong,

thank you for the additional info and the video. I've tried it together with my two colleagues and none of us is able to simulate this issue on our own devices(s). Really weird.

I have to ask to create a bug report by the little more complex method described here, right after the problem with creating the directory happens. Thank you very much for your help.

Hello Menion

I have two smartphones that I use

Both get OneDrive write errors, so I create 2 bug reports and link them. Have a nice day. Thank you.

Hello Dong,

thank you very much for your bug reports, appreciate it!

I've checked only logs from Note 20 and I see clearly that creating of the directory failed, but unfortunately not clearly why this happen. Seems this information is missing in the log.

So I've updated app source code a little bit (should print more info in case of failure) and will have to ask you to wait a few days till update 4.0.1 will be published, then try it with this new version and create a log again.

Thanks you very much and sorry for complications. Problems that I'm unable to simply simulate on own device are just a little harder to fix.

Hello Menion

I hope the bug is fixed in LM4 4.0.1

But even if it can't be resolved, I won't resent the Locus Team.

I hope there will be good results

Have a nice day and have a good time. Thank you.

Hello Dong,

thanks, I think that I've found an issue thanks to your logs. May you please try to work in any sub-directory? So create a directory in the OneDrive web interface and in the Locus Map try to create a new directory in this subdirectory. Seems, there is only issue in case, you create a new directory directly in the root of OneDrive.

Hello Menion

As you said, I made a directory on the web, and when I made a new directory in a subdirectory in OneDrive through Locus Map, the directory was created. I think the problem will be solved.

Can I look forward to the next version?

Thanks Menion

Perfect. I've already published Beta version to group of testers on our older forum here. If you want, you may test it, anyway when you know a workaround, I believe it is not a problem to wait a few weeks for another version 4.1.

Thanks for the help with this problem!

Hello Menion

First of all, thank you for fixing the bug

I'm so happy to be a little helpful to my favorite Locus Map

I will wait a bit and update to v4.1 version when the full version is released.

Thank you again for your sincere efforts

Have a nice weekend
