As far as I know only the Waypoints are synced. Because I want different settings on both devices I am happy, that this does not happen (by default).

Cloud sync is only for groups, folders, points & tracks. Also not visibility of those items. Settings can only be "sync'd" with Backup Manager > Backup settings, copy to 2nd device, Backup Manager > Restore settings. In addition preset files require even more manual process - copy all files from Locus/data/presets to same folder on 2nd device.

Unfortunately, your settings in Locus Map 4 cannot be synchronized.
We do not plan this option yet.
Currently, only points, routes, and their respective folders are synchronized.
