Set a new waypoint won't work

Hello,
On version 3.51.3 you can somewhere tap on the map, so you can add that point as a waypoint. (see screenshot).
Now will I try it on version 4.0.2 on some place I see the loop, and can save the point. But lots of the time disappeared the loop and I can't save the point.
