Support "overzoom" for map overlays

Could locus support interpolation for missing zoom levels in offline map overlays?

I have a grayscale elevation map of the UK that I use as an offline overlay and to save space I only created an mbtiles file down to level 11 (the original resolution isn`t more detailed than that anyway). If I use this mbtiles as a base map I can "overzoom" and locus just rescales the previous layer, but when used as an overlay it doesn`t show it at all.

Implemented in Locus 2.17.0+. Overlays now use separate zoom values so if they have more zoom layers then base map, these layers are used even if base map is already rescaling.
