Pro initializing indefinitely

On Locus Pro, the app shows "Initializing" indefinitely. The app appears to be working normally other than that. What do I need to do to clear the message?

Hi Luke,

Locus Map probably loads a huge amount of data - big KMZ layer, too many points or tracks activated on map etc. More about improving Locus performance and quicker initialization: https://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:locus_performance.

No I don't mean slow initialization. I mean INDEFINITE initialization. Still there after 8 hours of run time. And does not go away even if I turn off ALL tracks and way points.

I see, it is in the infobox. What kind of info have you set there? Map?

Yes, the only info I have displayed in that screenshot is a base map I downloaded for my region. (No tracks or points) Are base maps also loaded as part of the initializing process? Maybe it's the base map I'm using?

All data must be initialized upon the app start - tracks, points and maps. What base map did you download?
