Best way to Backup POI & Tracks

Hello,
I'm changing my mobile phone. Each time doing this, i lost all POIs & Tracks. Most I have saved as external gpx files, but I lose the Locus-internal Folder structure of the POIs & Tracks.
So what is the best way to backup all these things and who can I restore them again on the new mobile phone?
Best way would be to have all data in a cloud, but I would only work with my personal/owncloud/nextcloud which does not seem supported by Locus unfortunately.
