Quick manual draw in Route planner

Is it possible to get a setting in the route planner so that you do not have to confirm every time you change profile. even better would be a hotkey to switch between the profile and draw manually.

Also, a long click on the mentioned "Routing type" button should toggle between the current selected routing profile and manual mode.
