Best regards.

Web version of Locus is currently under construction. But I don't know how long it will be.

Hello,
if you want to plan in Locus on a PC, we recommend via an emulator,
eg Nox App Player, more information can be found in this link.
The web version of Locus is planned for the first quarter of next year.
I hope this information helps you.
Have a nice day

You can try scrcpy (https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy). Connect your phone to your PC via USB and enjoy!

What's this ? Is that an emulator? Is there a guide. What advantages does it have over the already known ones?

Another vote for scrcpy, its excellent, much better than alternatives.
problem with an emulator is then you still need to get route on to your phone.
Cant wait till locus has full sync and web versions, will be great.
