Suddenly my Locus Map Pro doesn`t work anylonger. I`ve cleaned the Cache and the data of the app. Then i restarted the app and got the error : Code 1812.

After much trouble i could open the Playstore. When i tried to load the Locus Map again i should pay for it again. How can the system be adviced that i have paid already before ?

Hello Walter,


as I have already written to you, error 1812 means Google Play store timed out. Please check your internet access to Google Play, change it if possible

It may also help to clean up Google Play data in your phone's settings.


Did you sign in with the same account you used to make your purchase?


The purchased Locus license is associated with your Google account that you used to purchase Locus. So add this account to your phone again and


install Locus from the Google Play Store.

Yes i logged in to the Google Playstore with my google account which i always use. Now after some hours google showed me that i could load down Locus Map Pro again whithout havin to pay again.
