Change mobile phone - app doesn't work

Hi, I was using Losuc Pro for several year and I am very satisfy with app. I changed my mobile phone, new is Xiaomi Mi 10 lite and I can't use app, only black screen, I tried several times. Also, I downloaded few other apps without any problems. Any help?

Hello I have the same issue, I cannot start application PRO version on Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite. Android version 10 and MIUI 12. Crash during app start.

Hi again,

After some time, I can't remember did I change something on my phone, I successfully started app, but only free version. Everything works fine. I paid for PRO version on my previous phone, can I use it on my new phone or I must pay it again?

Hello,

Locus can be used on other devices without any problems.

The purchased Locus license is associated with your Google account that you used to purchase Locus.

So add this account to your phone again and

install Locus from the Google Play Store.
