Missing tiles in LoMaps map of the Netherlands

Hi, some time ago I bought a map of The Netherlands, but it is missing a few tiles, at least in zoom levels 8 and 9 and possibly in other levels too.

I first thought this was an error due to a bad download or something like that, boot downloading the map anew didn't solve the problem. Then I noticed that installing the map on another Android device showed the same tiles were missing, so it must be an error in the map.

Is this something that is or will be fixed in newer versions of the map? If so, can I get a refund of LoCoins to purchase a newer version? This is quite annoying when trying to get an overview when planning a route.

BTW: do you use the latest 3.49.1 version, please?

Hi,

thank you for the screenshot. There was really an issue with the map. The map is fixed and available in Locus Store.

Please open Menu > Map > Offline < Europe and delete Netherlands LoMaps. After that, please download the map again from Locus Store.

Thank you for your reply. I did as you suggested, and deleted the map. Then I re-installed it (the same version of the map that I had purchased before, so I didn't choose Update) .

Unfortunately, the holes in the map are still there, there's no difference with before.

Is it possible that I install a newer version of the map free of charge? Provided that the new map doesn't have gaps, of course.

Hi,

I'm sorry I thought that you used the latest version. I refunded the previous purchase (95 LoCoins). Please update on the latest 2020.11.01 version
