Hi Alexander, unfortunately Garmin Instinct doesn't have Connect IQ, so it is not possible to install any third party app including Locus Map for Garmin. But you can still use Locus Map for planning routes in your smartphone which you will then export as GPX via Garmin Connect to the watch as course.

Hi Locus Team, I have the same question. It is possible with Komoot to connect to the Garmin Instinct watch and thus for the watch to see the course and navigate the course. I am sure that you can use the same logic as what Komoot does to enable the Locus Map courses on the Instinct model. Thank you for looking into this. This is what is stopping me from purchasing your Pro app.

Hi, not sure what is the process with Komoot app, but you can still import track to your Garmin Instinct model from Locus Map by exporting the track to GPX and import it via Garmin Connect and then push it to your Garmin instinct device from there - which will then synchronise it with your watch. Let me know in case there will be some issues there.
