After tracking my hikes, many pits were found in the charts as attached.

this is really un-usual problem. Seems like there is just a problem with elevation values, not a recording caused by system optimizations.
Are you using any "SRTM method" set in altitude manager? Just to check if there may not be a problem with downloaded (very old) HGT files used for this method.

thanks for the answer. It seems that certain locations do not have a valid elevation value. Based on your settings in "Altitude manager", Locus Map should not do any modifications in elevation. Does this happen with all recorded tracks? May you please try to change Settings > GPS & sensors > Google Services assisted location > turn this option on (or you may turn if off if already enabled to try the second option). Thanks.
