Live tracking to own server

I've created my own page to display my position on map. But don't think that Locus sends any information when live tracking has been stopped. It's possible to send request with such info and to include some kind of unique ID generated every time it was started? I know that I can add my own field but don't know what value {xxxx} it should contain.

Thanks but that not the answer. I've managed to create displaying my position and I'm sending all data available (lat, lon, alt, etc). The thing is that I need sth more. Request with info when I stopped live tracking and add unique ID to every session of live tracking.
