Until last week my wife could follow me on the map during my walks. Today my icon was shown moving around but the map had disappeared. Instead my icon was on a white/blank screen. How can I fix this?

In the description of Locus is mentioned that 10 minutes of the track history is stored. Is this info also available for the one(s) that are following your track?
