ebike and ant+

I can't get any connection from locus to my ebike. Everytime I'm trying the ant-manager, I get the orange message " hoppla! Bitte Gerät neu starten. ANT Manager Code 11216". START, restart, reset, nothing helps. 🤔

I use

Locus pro V 3.50.1

Giant Stance E+ 2

Hello Ben,

Try testing your phone connection via the "ANT tester" app from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?

id=com.quantrity.anttester.

This allows you to verify that it works differently on your phone and that the error is really on the side of Locus.

As far as I know NFC is not supported by Giant eBikes so Locus can nothing do in this case

Giant offers their own app RideControl in order to communicate with their ebikes via bluetooth.

Here is another short description of the Giant app (sorry I found only the german link).
