Locus Map on Huawei P30 Pro / New Edition

Hello,
I've just ordered a Huawei P30 Pro New Edition and was wondering if there are any issues with using Locus Map for tracking on this smartphone?
I know there were issues with Huawei Phones on Android 9 previously (I think) due to EMUI and just wanted assurance from existing users if Locus Maps works as intended on the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition with EMUI 10.1.

If the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has no Google Play installed there will be troubles as far as I know.

As c.s.g. writes, it is not possible to use Locus Map Pro on phones without Google.
If you have Google Play installed, all known issues are listed here at this link on our site.

The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition does have access to Google Apps.
Unless anyone tells me otherwise I will assume the only issues are related to battery optimization which can all be solved by changing the settings on the phone.
